Cancelation Policy

If you wish to reschedule an appointment please at least give 24 hrs notice. Refunds are not given should you chose not to attend your scheduled appointment or make a last minute cancellation. If you have a genuine emergency or illness which prevents attendance Jeannette is happy to rearrange your appointment for a mutually suitable time. No refunds are given for inability to attend a scheduled tuition group.
